Lodging Quality Assurance

The Vail Valley Partnership has created a detailed interior inspection from which our vacation rentals are assigned a Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) rating of Platinum, Gold, or Silver.  This valley wide program ensures an un-biased and accurate depiction of each lodging property demonstrating the Vail Valley's commitment to offering its guests an exceptional experience.

All of our condominiums are rated as below:

  • DIAMOND rated vacation rentals are the top tier units in Vail. These condominiums are our must updated and luxurious choices.
  • PLATINUM rating represent one of the finest accommodations in the Vail area.  Vacation rentals contained within these properties are not lacking in any area.
  • GOLD rating is comfortable and stylish with the feeling of home.
  • SILVER rating offers basic accommodations with furniture of standard quality and design.  These unit types are typically older and may be lacking in thoroughness and finishing touches.
